Change of Mind

Because each creation is a unique, one-of-a-kind handcrafted piece, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. We encourage you to review all dimensions, photographs, and stone details carefully prior to purchase.

Damaged in Transit or Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged in transit or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and your order number. We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Requirements

• Any items returned by prior arrangement must be securely packaged in their original, unworn condition with the signature keepsake pouch, story card, and tags attached.
• Due to Australian health and hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
