Change of Mind
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, materials, and sizing information carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
